International Medi-Aesthetics Centre (IMAEC) is a training and professional centre which is focused, independent and passionate for the healthy growth of the medical aesthetics industry. We work independently with a group of professionals consisting of medical aesthetics product suppliers, medical professionals and international consultants to design and develop the most relevant and effective training programmes for the physicians and medical aesthetics practitioners. By keeping abreast constantly of the emerging trends, latest technologies and research development, we facilitate the gathering of knowledge, information and data for aspiring physicians in this field. Besides organizing some of the most progressive and relevant training regularly, we also provide the platform to facilitate the gathering and storage of the treatment data and the effects of treatments especially in the Asian settings, and to manage this information as a useful tool and guide for the medical aesthetics practitioners.
It is our desire and aspiration that more medical professionals in the region would take up the challenge to ride on the wave of change in the medical cosmetics industry. The need for skin and body solutions has never been more popular. The demand is rising rapidly everywhere, but we do not want to see the supply dominated by the non-medically trained beauticians. Professionalism in this industry should be impressed upon society, that medical aesthetics can only be administered by trained physicians, assisted by trained aesthetics nurses.
We believe the phenomenon in the medical cosmetics industry is just the start of a potential evolution.
